Delete your SnapBee account

What gets deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication record (UID, email, display name)
- Your Apple sign-in refresh token (revoked with Apple, if you used Sign in with Apple)
- Your membership in your household group
- If you are the only member of your group: the entire group, including all receipts, inventory items, saved recipes, settings, and receipt photos stored in Firebase Storage
- If other members remain: only your personal identifiers (your name, UID, email) are removed — the remaining members continue to own the shared group data
Fastest option: delete inside the app
If you still have SnapBee installed, open Settings → Delete account and all data. Your deletion completes immediately.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot open the app (uninstalled, lost device, etc.), fill out the form below. We will verify ownership by emailing you a confirmation link, then delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
What we need from you: the email address associated with your SnapBee account (the email you used to sign in with Apple or Google), and your group code if you remember it. We will email the address you enter to confirm the request — only you will be able to approve the deletion.
Thanks. We've received your request. You will get a confirmation email at the address you provided within a few hours. After you confirm, deletion completes within 30 days and we email you when it's done.
